Arias & Choruses by Giuseppe Verdi & Richard Wagner
Conductor: Leslie Dala
In 1813 two composers were born who would revolutionize the art form of opera. Two hundred years later, the works of Verdi and Wagner continue to be among the most celebrated and frequently produced on the world’s stage. On this monumental anniversary, their legacies are honoured with a dramatic and memorable programme of favourite choruses and arias from their beloved canons, including selections from La Traviata, Rigoletto, Nabucco, Tannhauser, Lohengrin, and more.
